babu9 Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Applicability

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The babu9 website (babu9.cam) and all pages and services under it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the platform.

• Active mobile number
• Date of birth

Providing false or incomplete information may delay account verification or the withdrawal process. babu9 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Account Security and Privacy

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.

3.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. babu9 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a fault in our system.

3.2 Password Protection

Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. Changing your password regularly is recommended from a security standpoint.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply to depositing funds into babu9:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all payment methods).
• When making a deposit, you must use a payment account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.
• Every deposit transaction is completed through a secure and encrypted channel.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Please keep the following in mind regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must complete bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount received.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are not transferable to others.
• If bonus abuse or opportunistic activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A new bonus generally cannot be accepted while another bonus is active.
• babu9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

Betting on babu9 is entirely voluntary. Every bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

• The minimum and maximum limits for each bet vary depending on the specific game or event.
• Bets may be placed on events with uncertain outcomes — placing a bet on a certain outcome will be treated as fraud.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• In the event of any technical fault or disconnection, babu9's log records shall be the final proof.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games and sports betting are determined through a completely neutral and Provably Fair algorithm. If you have an objection to any result, it must be raised with the support team within a specified time.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Additional special rules may apply to betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and international cricket matches, which are published on the specific event page. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, our sports betting rules will be followed for the relevant bets.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

babu9 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We want our users to have a healthy and enjoyable experience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the babu9 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is covered by the exclusive intellectual property rights of babu9.

• Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any part of the platform without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• The names and logos of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) are covered by their respective intellectual property rights.
• Viewing or downloading platform content for personal use is permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babu9 will not be liable for the following:

• Loss arising from the user's own negligence or mistake.

11. Amendment of Terms and Account Termination

babu9 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

11.2 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

11.3 Account Suspension by babu9

In the event of a breach of terms and conditions, babu9 may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice. In such cases, active bonuses and suspicious winnings may be forfeited, however a process will be followed to return any legitimate balance.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:
